Our Team

David L. Fauss has held license with the UPCI since 1971. He attended Texas Bible College. Brother Fauss has served in five district level positions for a total of 26 years prior to becoming Superintendent. He served the Texas District as District Youth Secretary, Apostolic Sentinel Editor, STX District Budget Chairman and STX District Presbyter. He also served as an instructor at Texas Bible College three years. Brother Fauss served on the STX Constitution Committee that wrote the original constitution of the district. Brother David Fauss also served as Chairman of the Pentecostal Heritage Society for four years, overseeing the Center for the Study of Oneness Pentecostalism and preserving our Pentecostal heritage. He is presently serving on the Pentecostal Heritage Society Committee. In the past, his community service has included: President of Houston Northside Rotary Club, Orange County Red Cross Board, and serving on the Board of Directors of Orange County Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse. He presently serves as Pastor of Bethel Tabernacle, with a total of 40 years of pastoral experience.

Wayne Collins has been in ministry for 34 years. He is a 1990 graduate of Texas Bible College. He was an associate missionary to the country of Guatemala preaching throughout the country and teaching in the Bible College. Upon returning to Texas he founded a Spanish-speaking church, Tabernaculo De Vida, in Liberty TX. He has traveled and preached in many parts of the US as well as Mexico and Central America. He was a state-certified Police chaplain for 3 different police departments over the last 25 years. Brother Collins graduated from TBC in 1990 and was honored to return back in 1997 as full-time Theology instructor for 2 years. On September 11, 2011, Brother Collins founded Pentecostal Life Center in Richmond, TX and continues to serve as the Senior Pastor. He has served on the HMW section as sectional secretary for 5 years. Bro Collins is now honored to serve the South Texas District as District Secretary-Treasurer.
